When to book your newborn session…
The best time to photograph a newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age, after two weeks babies are a little harder to settle and things like colic and baby acne can start to flare up. You can contact me at any time during your pregnancy to give me an estimated due date, we will then make a tentative booking and when you arrive home from hospital with your brand new baby you can contact us to arrange a suitable time and day for your session.

What if your baby older then 2 weeks..

 I alway try my best to achieve cute posed images as long as baby "cooperates", however I can not guarantee that it will be achieved successfully as every baby is different and I my newborn photography style is baby led where I do not force in to any position that baby may not like or feels not comfortable with, Therefore I suggest you book a family session with your newborn where we may not have as many posed newborn pictures but the nice family portraits with your newborn are guaranteed,

Where your session is held…
Your newborn session will take place in my studio in Al Barsha. 

​

How long will your session take...
Newborn sessions can take 3-4 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding and comforting.

Can parents participate in the session..

Yes they can. I always advise them to even though new mums usually do not feel at their best at the time, but years later you and your child will be thankful for these moments and surely cherish these photographs.

Can siblings participate

Of course they can. Normally I will take the photographs with the siblings towards the middle of the the session while they are still in a mood for pictures and not so tired. I have a play area for toddlers and even TV for the little ones to be entertained and not feel bored or restless.

When  and where can you view .your images..
About 3-4 weeks after your session, sometimes earlier, depending on how busy my schedule is at the time,  I will email or call/whats'app  you to schedule your  image viewing session.

How to prepare for your newborn session

Once you booked your session, I will be sending you the e-mail wtih all the information needed. In any case, please, don't worry, you will not need much of preparation as worries is the least thing that you need before the session. :) 

 

When can you receive your products..

Once full payment is received your products will be ready within 2-3 weeks for digital images, fine art prints  and canvas and  3-4 weeks for photo books/albums

 

Can I order more products later if wish to..

Yes, you certainly can. All images will be stored and archived after 60 days. In the case your digital images were delivered through your private online gallery, Once the gallery has been closed there will be a AED100 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 7 days.

How can I order my products...
You can order your products by sending me an email with your selections. An invoice will then be sent back with payment details. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal.

These newborn sessions are just like any other newborn baby sessions and they take place in my studio in Al barsha or on location of your choice.

What pets..

I photograph puppies and kittens at my studio in Al Barsha or your place.

​

Do I photograph adult pets..

I photograph adult pets at hour location only as long as they are well behaved and supervised and handled by yourself. 

 

How long do they take..

Depending on the situation and your pet, they make take somewhat 1 -2 hours. 

​

What props..

I use special props for my pet photo sessions made to order to pets only and not for newborn babies.

​

What products ..

Just as with babies, you can order any product from The Real Kids Pictures menu: photo books, fine art prints, frames, canvas.  

​

Do you do cake smash for pets?

Yes! :) You will even have  props for the session including balloons. The only thing I require you to prepare your own cake according to your pet. :)

Can you and your family participate in the shoot..

You are very welcome to participate in the shoot! However this will be considered as a family session and charged additional fee according to The Real Kids Pictures menu

What are these sessions.

These sessions are for kids starting from 3 years old and  are taken on location of your choice or I can suggest if you wish to. The purpose of this type of session is to create a beautiful fairy tale memory for you and your child.

 

What to wear for this session

Your children can wear their fancy dress from their favourite character that they are attached to.

 

Do you offer fancy dresses/costumes for the session..

Yes,  I have a wide selection of fancy dresses for girls up to 12 years old and some selection of costumes for boys (sorry boys:) which you can rent out for the session at additional AED 50 dhs per dress. These fee I require to dry clean the outfit to prepare for my next client.

Can I rent the fancy dress from you for special kids occasions..

Yes, you can rent it at AED 150. for 2 days.  Additional AED 150 will be required towards the refundable security deposit.

Additional fee of AED 50 will be charged for every additional day of rent.

What is Fine Art Portrait Session..

I specialise in bespoke children's and families fine art portrait photography of the highest standard. Fine Art Portrait Sessions take place at my studio in Al Barsha.

How long is the session..

A fine art session usually takes about 1-2 hours. I will be taking a selection of emotive images of your child or your family that brings out the best in you and your child.

 

What to wear for this session..

Clothing and styling is very important in these sessions to give the right feel to your images. Please look through the galleries for inspiration and contact me for advice on what works well. I suggest that you bring about three outfits with you. I really want the images I take to capture your child/children looking natural and with no forced expressions. These sessions are for those wanting something very special to hang on the wall.

What your Fine Art session fee includes:

 * My time and expertise as your photographer.

 * AED 500 credit towards your product order.

 * A pre-session consultation via email or phone.

 * Professional editing of the best images from your session.

What is Virtual Newborn Session

There’s nothing closer (and safer) to your own home than a VIRTUAL newborn photography session.You will have the option to join me live on Zoom Video Call and I will guide you through setting up your props, posing & handling your baby.

​

What can you get out of this session ..

Firstly you’ll learn which settings to use on your DSLR, how to pose your baby  safely without forcing your baby in to it, what clothes and props to choose for the session and I will also show you how to accomplish the best photos at just the right angle. 

Once your newborn photography session is complete, you can send your favorite captures to me for professional editing.

How long is the session and  many images do you get..

This package comes with one-hour virtual newborn photography session along with 5 professionally edited photos. Of course additional images are available for editing at additional cost of AED 50 per image.

Can you order other products with this package

Yes, you are more than welcome to order photo books, prints or canvas. 

​

 

  

A portfolio session is specifically aimed at creating a selection of commercial images for models and actors to update their profiles and web portfolios with.

 

How long do this session take..

The session usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour. I will take various different images that bring out the best in your child for the purpose of promoting them to agencies and clients. I have many years experience in creating the very best images to represent your child in the industry.

What to wear for the session..

Once you book your session please contact me with your requirements and we will go over different possibilities. 

 

How many images can you have..

You can have as many images as you require. The finished images can be in colour or black and white or a mixture of both.
