Under the UAE Federal Law No. (7) of 2002 On Copyrights and Related Rights, Anna Heenan at Fine Art Photography Studio retains the copyright of all images or videos taken. It is a criminal offense to copy, screen grab, scan or reproduce photographs without written consent by Anna Heenan. Once you have purchased digital files you are granted a license to use your images for personal use. Your purchased files can then be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for updating model or acting portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent of Anna Heenan.

Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.

Images taken in photographic sessions or videos produced at video sessions may be used by Anna Heenan  for display or marketing purposes. This could include social media, marketing literature, photographic competitions, or galleries on Anna Heenan's websites. This is for the purpose of promoting my business so clients can see the style of work created. If you would prefer your child's images not to be displayed in this way please let Anna Heenan know in writing when you book your photography or videography session.

Full Photography Session fee is payable at the time of booking your session and this secures your date and time in the diary. This fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to another date if at least 5 days notice is given. This does not include illness as I understand this can happen at anytime. I always prefer to re-schedule appointments due to illness, as I want to get the very best images of your child.

The fee of any photography session does not include any products from The Real Kids Pictures menu which you will have to choose at the time of your viewing appointment session.

Raw images are not part of any package and therefore not delivered to the clients. As a standard part of my editing process I pull out the best images from your session.  The blinks, blurs, duplicate images, and those that may be unflattering to the subject - such as when you're speaking - are immediately deleted.  I do not keep any images I do not intend to edit and deliver to the client, due to files size and storage constraints.   The images delivered to the clients are the only images available.

The use of video recording and your own camera is forbidden during your photographic session.
